Returns & Exchanges
Our process is designed to be simple, clear & fair for everyone. Just make sure to go through the conditions below before sending anything back - it saves time on both sides. When it comes to returns and exchanges, please keep in mind:

How to Initiate a Return
First thing, just drop us a message on our contact page. Tell us your order number and what’s up with the product. We try to make it easy. Once we hear from you, we’ll send you the return steps. This usually means giving you an address and some quick tips for packing. Keep the original packaging if you can. After we get your return, we check it out. Then we’ll email you to confirm everything’s okay.
Refunds
So you’ve returned your order and everything checks out - what’s next? Well, we process refunds as quickly as possible, usually within a few business days. But sometimes it takes a bit longer, depending on your payment method. Refunds go back to the original payment method you used. If you paid by card, it shows up there. If you used another option, we will make sure it’s refunded the same way. It’s just easier that way & keeps things clean. You’ll get an email confirmation once your refund is on its way. And if anything feels not okay or takes too long, just contact us.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Mistakes happen - even sometimes to us. If your order arrives damaged or it’s not what you ordered, we fix it right away. It’s frustrating & we understand that. Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s wrong, contact us within 7 days with details & photos. This helps us ensure you get the right solution. We’ll either send you a replacement, issue a full refund, or arrange another option that works for you. It’s all about making sure you’re satisfied.
Cancellations
You know how plans change, right? Well, we totally get it. If you need to cancel your order, the sooner you tell us, the better, as it makes things way easier. If it hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it & sort out a refund. But here’s the thing - if your order is already on its way, then we can’t cancel it. Refund & Return Exceptions
There are a few cases where we just can’t accept returns. You know how it is - some things aren’t safe to return once opened. That includes personal care products, used electronics without their original packaging & custom-made or personalized items.
Also, if something says “final sale” or “non-returnable,” it really means just that. No exchanges or refunds there. We try to make this clear before you check out. And yes, returns must be in their original condition and packaging. If an item is damaged because it was misused, we can’t offer a refund.
